Mapped Out #2 , 36" × 48", acrylic soft-pastel on stretched canvas, 2017 I love nature especially where I live because we are surrounded by fields of fruit. We get to see them blossom in the spring & the leaves change colors throughout the fall. I’ve been doing a lot of gardening lately; planting/transplanting roses, planting succulents, pruning & keeping up the yard. The list goes on... I am currently working on creating a cactus themed raised bed. The borders are made out of rounded bricks. I also have been looking at a lot of different types of art on Instagram, Youtube & Pinterest. I came across an Heather Day , an artist that takes nature & transfers is on to a canvas.
